How will my billing work?
Today’s payment is for your first month of service. You won’t be charged again for your second month until 30 days after your IDX feed is approved.
What if my card is declined?
Please contact your financial institution to see if they blocked the charge. If the charge was not blocked, please contact our sales team at (844) 947-8676.
What is a data management fee?
A few MLSs have large vendor fees that are paid by our data provider. To offset that cost, some IDX feeds come with a small, monthly data management fee.
